Marine Research Alliance will be creating an Oceanographic and Aquatic Research Institute to research, fund and develop the latest technologies and utilize the expertise of marine scientists who specialize in marine & aquatic research, restoration, protection and preservation; preservation and clean-up of drinking water sources; reseeding & restoration of coral reefs; improving fish breeding areas and finding better solutions for mariculture.
